In 2010 Alicia was selected to participate in the book “Stepping Stones to Success” which is a collage of top executives nationwide sharing their best strategies for success.

Since 2004 Alicia founded a business-consulting firm specialized in revenue growth, cost reduction & customer experience. During the last two decades Alicia has served as an enabler for businesses, and is known for her innovative strategies in business development and her robust business network.

Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Alicia began her entrepreneurial career in the early 90’s establishing an international company of import, export, retail and wholesale goods across Latin America, Spain and the Caribbean. Soon after, she became part of The United States Chamber of Commerce leading the Southeast Business Service Area assisting thousands of businesses with lobbying campaigns in several states including Puerto Rico.

After the 1996 Telephony Act, Alicia entered the communications arena with a start‐up company in which her leadership as a General Manager enabled a rapid growth; the company was later sold to a Fortune 10 Communications Company. After the merger Alicia directed the launch of a new state-of-the-art technology involving engineering, deployment, marketing and sales across the country.

During the last decade, Alicia has been speaking about Leadership & evolving technologies for business and consumer prototypes. Since 1991 Alicia’s career has been fulfilled with many successes, learning curves and after overseeing organizations from hundreds to thousands of employees, she grasped a distinctive leadership style making Alicia an exceptional leader. She focuses her energy and devotion speaking to diverse groups stressing the importance of knowledge, business growth strategies and self-improvement.
